Big news!!!

This morning we had our ultrasound appt. and we are very excited to announce that we are having another baby boy (in case you couldn't tell by the pic posted above)!!! It was so crazy to see the little guy moving all around...kinda felt like 'deja vu.' I think it was about this time last year we were doing the EXACT same thing ;) Ryan is pretty excited because we already have our own hoopfest team!

Ryan is the best dad, Em just loves him. They are always cracking each other up! I just love to sit back and watch with a big smile on my face! Definitely a mom thing :)

Toothpaste

Give Emmet any choice of a toy or a random object....of course he picks the most random thing to play with! His new FAVORITE toy is toothpaste! Put it anywhere on the floor and he'll find it! Crazy little guy!

Bump!

So, I finally decided to take a picture of the prego belly. I put it off as long as possible, but here it is! This pregnancy has really flown by (thank goodness)! I'm already half way done and we find out on monday what we're having...that is if the little one cooperates! I'll be sure to blog about it when we find out!!!

Blowing bubbles!

Emmet just had to get a piece of Ryan's bubble. It was so funny he was just attacking Ryan trying to get at it! He popped it a couple times, he's got some quick reflexes!

Our big boy ;)

Emmet is in the process of mastering sitting up. He sat up all by himself for the 1st time on the 4th of July. Every day we practice and I think he's almost ready to go it alone! Sometimes he gets a little too excited and dives face first for his toys though! He's already my little daredevil!!!

This is how Emmet spent most of his day on monday. Sunday night he was so worn out he slept a solid 9 hours! That is a record! He slept in until 10am and I totally took advantage of that and got lots of sleep too. Poor Ryan was at the dentist though :(

During the weekend the boys took turns playing in the excersaucer and bumbo chair. The excersaucer was definitely the biggest hit! Grandma Moberg scored some major points with the grandkids on that one!

Family Reunion

Last weekend was the Wade Family Reunion, for one of the activities the whole fam went to the Aquatic Center. We stood in line for what seemed an eternity because it was so darn hot. Poor Emmet and Conner! Their little cheeks were so flushed and we were all so hot! Once we finally got in we headed straight for the pool. Ryan took Emmet in and cooled him off and then he went right to sleep! After his nap he joined Auntie Kellie and Conner for some fun in the water! They had a blast! They were both splashing and kicking like crazy! They are both little tadpoles :)
