Two of the goofiest and toothiest guys I know :)
These two guys are so much alike...it's nuts! They are both so goofy and silly all day long and always make me laugh! And look at those toothy grins! I love how I can see every tooth in their head, they smile so wide! What a lucky girl I am to be surrounded by all these lovey, handsome guys!
Emmet is finally wanting to smile for the camera....even though sometimes he looks pained in the process :) I think he's just making sure he says "cheese!" right.
Enjoying some sun!
Yesterday had to be one of the most perfect days! It's been cold here for months and weeks on end, and yesterday it finally got up to 86 degrees without a cloud in they sky! After the boys naps we took them out to the beach and just let them run and run....it was heaven! Emmet had the best time waiting for the waves to reach his feet saying "Here it comes," and then he would take off running right before it got to his toes...laughing hysterically the whole time! It was so cute :) He did this for two hours...straight! Wes loved running and chasing the seagulls and splashing in the water. I was so surprised he got in the water because lately he's been terrified of anything besides the bathtub. When the tide would reach him he would cling on to Ryan for dear life, but he never made a peep! It must have really tired them out because the next morning they slept in until 8:30! (We are always up by 6:30!) I wish we could have more days like these!

Soaking up some sun!

This is the face of pure bliss!

Jumping all over the beach...such a little ham :)

After this we had a yummy dinner and took our daily 4 mile walk down to the pier! I love lazy towns like this!

First Boston Red Sox Game!!!

Swipe the dust off of this blog, because we have some sweet stuff to post here! We have been living only an hour and a half from Boston, and we finally were able to visit Boston, and go to our First Boston Red Sox Game.... woot woot (chest bump, chest bump). We had an absolute Blast, and we soon were able to become one heck of a lucky family, only 30 minutes before the game started.
When we arrived to the game, we went down to the field to get some pictures, and when we walked back up to our seats, we were approached by a random guy all dressed up in a business suit. He asked us if this was our sons first Red Sox game, and after we told him that it was, he told us that he was the President of operations (or something like that), and that he was going to upgrade our tickets to sit in the Owners Suite. He took us up to the suite, and we ended up having a blast. We were right above home plate, and it consisted of a private restaurant, an enclosed section, a balcony, and all of the food/drinks that we wanted for free. The two World Series Trophies were in this suite as well.
Some would call this experience "Good Karma", while I just simply call it "Destiny"
P.S. I'm officially a Red Sox Fan for Life

Emmet had a blast! As soon as we got there he ran up to a this fence and snagged a seat overlooking the field

Cute pic of Emmet and Weston at their first Red Sox Game

Happy Birthday Snuggles!!!
Happy Birthday Babe!!! Now you're probably saying "Ryan, you terd... why did you put this pic of me up here!", and the answer is quite simple = You look Smoking Hot in it!.... so get over it! lol
I just wanted to tell you how appreciative I am to have you as my wife! Just tonight... I was having a heart to heart with Emmet, and he was spouting off hundreds of appreciative comments about you. He talked endlessly about how great of a mom you are to him, and how he knows that he drives you crazy on some days, but that he loves you.
I then asked him "Emmet, if you could describe your mom with one word, what would it be?" and his response was = "Magical!" I couldn't have said it better myself.
He also wanted me to pass the word along to you, that he appreciates that you don't have a paddle on the wall with a title of "Spanking Tool" on it, because his exact words to me were "no no no"..... which meant to me, that he would not like that.
It was at this point..... that Weston then jumped on my lap and started telling me how lucky he is to have you as a mother as well. He told me how he's a big mama's boy, and that he's soooo lucky that he got most of his good looks from you, and that he too is thankful that you never adopted a "Spanking Tool".
I then asked the same question to Weston... I asked "if you could describe your mom in one word, what would it be?" and Weston's response was = "Tenacious!"
He was just about ready to continue his conversation with me about you, when he realized that you were not in the room..... and like always..... he took off to wherever you were. lol
But seriously babe, thanks for everything! I could definitely never do what you do on a daily basis. I'm literally at the hospital all day long 6 days a week, and you still hang in there. Everything I've accomplished in Med School, has been because of the sacrifices you've made, and the support that you've given me throughout this process. I'm 99.9% sure that I've aged you by 5 years.... just due to my Med School lifestyle effect on you. So for that.... as a peace offering..... Emmet, Weston, and myself are going to make you a P.H.A.T cake, along with a top notch meal (brought to you by Olive Garden)
Love ya

It's been awhile....
It's been so long since I've blogged! Time for an update...
Ryan and I have been busy, busy. He has been finishing up his last semester here and putting in countless hours studying for his upcoming boards, needless to say he's been on the verge of a heart attack since we've been here...poor Ry :( I've spent all my time and energy wrangling my circus monkeys and praying for good weather, so we can get over our cabin fever! It's not all bad though...our boys keep us happy and plenty entertained...
Lately, I find myself really soaking up the baby moments with these guys...all the sudden I feel like I'm losing my babies to crazy toddler boys! Time is getting away from me...

Weston is quite the ham and is always ready for the camera. He's been talking for a little while now and can say almost everything Emmet does!

Emmet is such the older brother. He really keeps Weston in line, it's pretty funny to watch. He's always telling him what he can and can't do, keeping him out of the plants and other taboo spots, tattling on him, and of course teases him...already (man, they learn fast!).

Me and my snuggly man. Wes is STILL the biggest mama's boy. I'm pretty sure it's gotten worse! He follows me around like a shadow and I take him out atleast 4 times a day because he's always on my leg and as soon as I turn around...BAM...he's on the floor! Sorry little guy....give me some space!

This picture says it all. Ryan is running on fumes right now with little or no sleep. He amazes me because he's always so easy going and happy to be with us even when he's exhausted after a long day at the hospital. Thanks for being such a stud, Ry :)

When it's nice out me and the boys try to spend a lot of time running around at the beach. It's sunny out, but still pretty cold! They don't care though! Nothing better than a day at the beach! I'm going to miss living on the coast once we're out of here.

Two of my handsome men :)

Searching for seashells. There's huge shells like this covering the entire beach. Em likes to smash them with his big 'ole snow boots, such a boy.

Weston still isn't sleeping well at night...I don't think he ever will. That being said here is how I found him the other day while I was putting in some laundry! This is SO not my Weston! Why can't he just sleep at night? I think he's teething...

Emmet is such a sweetie pie. He is talking like crazy now! Right now he has an obsession with french fries and oreo cookies. That's all he EVER wants! Ugh! The other day he was eating a waffle for breakfast and shoved his plate away and was begging for a cookie! Yeah right, bud...you are dreaming! He's missed a few meals because he refuses to eat anything but what HE wants anymore...what a stink ( I still feed him....he just goes hungry until he gives in and can't stand it anymore...just to clear that up!).

Emmet has been so good about saying his prayers :) I had to sneak this shot one night. He is doing really well in church too. I love that he finally gets it (most days!) that you have to play quietly during sacrament. Weston is another story! He is the sweetest boy, but he is the most stubborn bullheaded thing you have ever seen! That boy wants to run and chat up the whole chapel! At least he's social I guess...

Wes catches on quick. We've never really sat down and showed him how to pray. He just came in one night and has been doing it ever since! Smartie pants! Isn't this so sweet!

I gave Weston his first haircut a few weeks ago...I saved his hair and cried the whole day afterwards! I can't believe how big of a sap I've turned into! He looks pretty darn handsome though! Keep looking...I plan on being a more diligent blogger! Atleast I always have my camera!
